If you have purchased tickets, following is some very important information that you should have for a great day!

1) Please arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled train ride time to allow for traffic, parking, and getting through admissions. Your train ride ticket includes museum admission and all of the day's entertainment and activities. You are permitted entrance anytime during the following event hours with your scheduled train ride ticket - Fridays, April 25 & May 2 (9am-4pm), Saturdays, April 26 & May 3 (8:30am-6pm), and Sundays, April 27 & May 4 (8:30am-5pm). Please note that every person in your party (except children under age 2) must present a ticket for admittance. If other family members or friends would like to tag along for the day, the B&O Museum will be selling an on-site admission at $16 per person for ages 2 and up.

2) The B&O offers free parking at several of their parking lots. It is best to park your vehicle(s) with your entire party and enter the museum as a group at one time. Dropping off members of your party at the front gate may cause you extra time and frustration.

3) The B&O offers food concessions throughout the event. Please note that picnicking is not permitted. Members of your party with strict food allergies are permitted entrance with a small lunch bag.

4) The B&O has designated stroller parking. Please note that strollers are not permitted on the train platform, on the train, or inside the Thomas Gift Shop.

5) Your scheduled train ride will board 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Please remember to assemble your entire party and board the platform with tickets in-hand so they can be presented to the train crew in a timely and efficient manner.

6) Please keep in mind that photo lines with Thomas and Sir Topham Hatt may be congested. Please be respectful to others and limit your time so that everyone has a chance to capture a memory.

7) If you are late or miss your train ride time, please note that staff can not guarantee you another train ride time since most train ride times are sold out. You still may enter the event with your ticket and enjoy all of the day's activities and entertainment.

8) This event is rain or shine. Please remember to dress yourself and your family appropriately. Dressing in layers, rain gear, and sunscreen are advised.

9) Please remember that this is a family event. Smoking, cursing, or any inappropriate behavior is prohibited. Security has the right to remove anyone from the premises without refund.

10) For everyone's safety bags may be searched at anytime.
