July Volunteer of the Month

The B&O Railroad Museum is pleased to recognized Chris France as July 2013 Volunteer of the Month. Chris has been one of our most dedicated volunteers who has shared his time with us as a weekend locomotive engineer for over 14 years. His face is one you don't see very often but is instrumental to our visitor's experience. He can also be seen running one of our "Meet the Engineer" programs and is responsible for leading the volunteers that decorate the train cars for the holiday season. Some Saturdays you can see him cleaning the locomotive before the Mile One Express train ride departs. Chris, thank you for sharing your time, talents, kindness, and love of history. We are so fortunate to have you on our team! We could not do it without you.
