The B&O Railroad Museum is pleased to recognize John Geist as the September 2013 Volunteer of the Month.
John has been a dedicated volunteer for 8 years. His main focus is working in our library, "researching grandfathers", as he says. He looks up employee records and other resources to help people find information about relatives who worked for the B&O Railroad. He also assists with winding the many clocks in our collection, as well as being a docent in the museum.
John, thank you for sharing your time, talents, kindness, and love for history. We are so fortunate to have you on our team! We could not do it without you!
